Sr. Officer - Employee Relations





Responsibilities:


Generate the design and develop a guideline of employee activities

To ensure the alignment of activities in headquarter and region with the
companys message Design, deliver, and analyze the result of employee survey to
maintain and increase Employee Engagement LevelImplement the corporate strategy,
policy, and condition of the company to increase employee awareness Identify,

Gather and analyse issues related to companys decision and/or conditions to give
input/recommendation to the company, especially in HR aspects Deliver induction
program for new employees to increase employee awareness.

Develop down to earth/user friendly content of internal communication to get
employees attention and understanding from all level/grades




Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Mass
Communications or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Public Relation
or Communication) is required for this position

Strong knowledge in concepts of Human Relation with a focus on Telco

Excellent communication and coalition building skills

Hands-on project management experience

Good level of analytical thinking

High attention to detail

1 Full-Time positions available.

Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment.
English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.




Senior Internal Auditor





Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the quality of internal audit work to meet the required
quality and standard prescribed

Execute and deliver assurance and consulting service assignment to fulfill
business plan and management request

Monitor and provide internal audit report to be submitted to stakeholder

Prepare and monitor audit working papers in Audit Management System to support
audit finding and reporting

Monitor and follow-up post audit issues status/progress to ensure audit finding
and recommendation have been effectively implemented




Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, Business,
Engineering, IT

2-3 years experience in related field

Preferably having audit experience in team lead role (internal/external)

Preferably Certified in audit field/related skill

Analytical skill in related core skill/field, particularly in analyzing internal
control

Requires skill in executing and delivering assurance and consulting assignments

Intermediate knowledge of risk and control
